As a personal trainer certified by ACE with a degree in physical education and expertise in Olympic and professional sports, I bring over 18 years of experience to the table. My career has been a blend of personal and group training, complemented by my role as a swimming coach.

Before transitioning to coaching, I was a competitive athlete and a proud member of the national team of Ukraine. I have competed in international championships, earning medals and world titles.
